Changes to your order

If you need to make changes to an order after you have placed it, please contact us as soon as possible. Ideally, please contact us withing 48 hours of ordering, as after that time we may not be able to make changes to your order before despatch.

Delivery charge

Mammoth Perks offer free delivery on all mattresses & pillows to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland.

There is a £150 charge for deliveries of mattresses to the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery timescales

Once your order has been received, you will be contacted by email by a Mammoth Customer Services Representative who then will advise you of the forecast despatch date. We will try to keep you updated of any changes to the estimated despatch date advised.

Please note that delivery timescales below are estimated and depend on the model you have chosen:

  • Play Mattresses – 9 Days
    Supplied rolled and boxed to your front door.
  • Wake Mattresses – 9 Days
    Supplied rolled and boxed to your front door.
  • Rise Mattresses – 9 Days
    Supplied rolled and boxed to your front door.
  • Shine Mattresses – 30-Days
    Specifically made to order, delivered flat by a white glove two man team.
  • Ultimate Pillows – 5-Days
    Supplied boxed or bagged to your front door.

Delivery times for Republic of Ireland orders will be issued at the time of order.
Due to the increased global demand for PPE related products, we are currently experiencing some delays in the supply of quality raw materials we use in the manufacture of your Mammoth mattress. Your order and discount is in safe hands and we do anticipate this only being a short term challenge. We will continue to make every effort to achieve our estimated delivery times. However, this short term issue may on occasion result in the delivery of your Mammoth mattress to be extended by maybe one or two weeks.

Returns Information

If you would like to return a product, you can do so by informing us within 14 days of delivery. Due to the intimate nature of these products, all mattresses and pillows are exempt from the statutory cooling off period under the Distance Selling Regulations when they have been unsealed from their original packaging. Therefore, for reasons of health and hygiene, mattresses that have been unsealed from their original packaging will be deemed to have been used and cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault.

Unless your item is faulty or you are returning due to an error on our part, you will need to pay the costs for the return. Please see our Terms of Sale for more details. If you would like to return an item from your order, please email us at customerservices@themammothcompany.com to arrange collection.

Faulty products

In the unlikely even that you receive a faulty product, please contact us at customerservices@themammothcompany.com and we will arrange a refund or a replacement.

Warranty claims

If your registered Mammoth product develops a fault within its warranty period, please contact us at customerservices@themammothcompany.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Non-returnable products

Please note that due to hygiene reasons and the nature of their packing once delivered pillows and bedding will be deemed to have been used. As such, pillows & bedding items cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
